Pound Fitness

The workout combines cardio, Pilates, isometric movements and plyometrics with constant simulated drumming – all to loud, kick-ass music. An energizing, infectious, sweat-dripping workout, each strike of the Ripstix releases a primal aggression as well as a neuromuscular reward of mixing sound and movement. POUND allows you to truly become the music.

Dance It Out

Get ready to Dance It Out every Friday evening! This exhilarating class combines aerobic and strength training, all while grooving to a variety of music styles. Whether you're a seasoned dancer or just looking to have fun, this class offers a fantastic way boost your fitness and energize your spirit. Join us and let the rhythm inspire you to move!

Strong Moms

Strong Moms is a full body circuit style class where we focus on building functional strength. We move through multiple compound exercises with movement patterns that you use in your everyday life. After the circuit we will move through a 15 minute mobility cooldown. Along with a great workout you also get a great community of mommas to be a part of.

I do recommend moms that attend this class have completed my 12 week post partum program or have seen a pelvic floor PT and have a strong foundation and connection to your core.
